I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location is really convenient, within walking distance to the marina and plenty of restaurant options. The staff was incredibly friendly, making every effort to ensure a fun and enjoyable vacation. However, the check-in experience was frustrating, as my room wasn't ready on time and the air conditioning unit was dripping when I arrived. Overall, while there were some positives, the hassles at check-in and the condition of the facilities left a bit to be desired.

I had a wonderful stay at Mayan Palace! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the marina with plenty of dining options. While the rooms could use some updating, they are still comfortable and offer stunning ocean views. I had a fabulous time at the resort with its stunning marina district location, making it easy to walk to restaurants.
