Mayan Palace Puerto Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location is really convenient, within walking distance to the marina and plenty of restaurant options. The staff was incredibly friendly, making every effort to ensure a fun and enjoyable vacation. However, the check-in experience was frustrating, as my room wasn't ready on time and the air conditioning unit was dripping when I arrived. Overall, while there were some positives, the hassles at check-in and the condition of the facilities left a bit to be desired.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort, with a beautiful ambiance and plenty of activities. The staff, like David and Dorel, truly made my time enjoyable, especially during the karaoke night. However, the beachfront was quite small and I was a bit surprised by the additional room fee that wasn’t disclosed initially. Overall, it's a solid choice for a fun family getaway!
